The Calgary Real Estate market is always in flux. Just like we say about the weather that if you don't like it then wait 5 minutes is almost true in real estate. Over the last 10 years we have all seen the prices for houses going up, up up.
The other piece of the picture though is the number of homes available on the market here in Calgary, and this has really changed a lot. Sometimes there are a lot of homes on the market which is what we call a buyers market as buyers have a lot to choose from. Other times there are not many homes on the market which is refered to as a sellers market as the sellers have many people competing for their property.
